The Equiplite Europe Service Centre works closely with the factory, offering the level of assistance that every Equiplite product merits.

In addition, the Service Centre make sure that essential spare parts are available locally to maximize convenience.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Maintenance to the Equiplite product is the foundation of a well managed yacht and Equiplite is able to provide a customized worldwide service program to support the yacht’s Equiplite deck hardware – reducing lost sailing time and cost.

SAFE WORKING LOAD TESTING
We use non-destructive Safe Working Load (SWL) testing, to check the integrity of any Equiplite product used on your boat. These can take the form of blocks, Code 0 | Stay sail furlers & running rigging hardware. By utilizing our in-house test bed we pull test all of your hardware to ensure they are sound.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Equiplite Europe provides a complete after-sales support service that includes troubleshooting, replacement parts and customer assistance in response to customer requirements. The team is able to respond quickly and has been known to provide additional fittings overnight during a race period.
